But you also realize that what you’ve been doing isn’t working. You aren’t happy and you are finding yourself further and further away from true health. You are obsessed with food and weight and it takes up more space in your brain than you’d like to admit.
You don’t need more of the same.
It’s time to forge a new path, friend. One filled with body trust, food peace, and self-compassion. Gentle nutrition, mindful movement and authentic living. It’s time to start treating your body like a teammate, not the enemy.
That a smaller body is automatically a better and healthier body. That you are in full control of your body size and shape.
My path to becoming a dietitian was influenced by a very different purpose than the one that guides me today. I struggled with an eating disorder in college so at the time I wanted to learn everything I could about nutrition to manage my own “health” (aka *how to shrink my body and maintain it*). This landed me in the unhealthiest place I had ever been, physically + mentally. Recovering with an intuitive eating, Health at Every Size® approach saved me from a life in which my number one priority was to be the smallest version of myself. So when I say that I understand what you are going through, I truly mean it.
Having had this experience allows us to connect on a deep and meaningful level. I see you, I hear you, and I feel you. And I will hold space for any life experiences that we don’t share. You deserve to nourish without guilt, feel at home in your body, and step into the fullest, happiest, healthiest version of YOU.

Emily is an intuitive eating dietitian whose goal is to help you break free from your restrictive mindset and have the freedom to live your best life. She helps you find the joy in eating again and eliminate feelings of guilt and shame ingrained in us by diet culture.
You deserve to live a happy, peace filled life without restriction and she will assist you in your journey to trusting your body and nourishing it in the way it needs.
She has a wide range of experience in a variety of settings across the country. She recognizes that each person is unique and requires an individualized approach for their lifestyle. There is no “one size fits all” approach to health and we should celebrate our differences and learn how to trust our intuition to find what works best for us. She believes in honoring body diversity and recognizing that health is not determined by weight or size.

Tori is an intuitive eating dietitian who wants everyone to have the knowledge and the confidence to make autonomous food choices without the influence of restriction and diet culture. She wants to help you find more joy and less stress when it comes to eating and your relationship with your body.
After years working as a dietitian in the culinary and food service industry she decided to make a change and pursue work closer to her values, and has been working with folks pursuing intuitive eating ever since. She still carries all of that knowledge and love of food through to her counseling now, and loves helping folks break down their ideas of what food and health "should" be, and instead make it something that serves their needs and their joy.

"Honestly, it was more than just a food thing with her. Sure I learned lots about how each macro benefits me, what a meal might look like, etc. but it was the inner work of body image and fatphobia and loss of control that she helped me with the most! It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I gained a recovery network, spontaneous date nights, freedom and flexibility, a new perspective and so so so much more."
"Kate creates a compassionate environment where I am able to learn factual information about nutrition while exploring my own - often emotional - relationship with food and related issues. Finding the right provider is essential for this process to work, and I’m so glad I found Kate! I really appreciate her holistic approach, and I have made a great amount of progress towards a more positive relationship with food. "

"Talking to Kate feels like the one time in my week where I feel safe enough to explore my own flawed relationship with food and my body, which I neglected for so long. She has taught me so much, not only about nutrition itself, but also about the circuitous route to recovery, and how stepping out of my comfort zone is just as important as learning to forgive myself."
"Kate is PHENOMENAL! I have learned so much from working with her. Her approach to nourishment is very sustainable and doable. She makes food fun and vibrant! She makes you feel comfortable with wherever you are on your journey. Her work is grounded in trusting your body and showing it gratitude while prioritizing health. She is kind and patient. I truly stand behind her work and would recommend her to anyone. "

"I learned that I should never restrict food from my life. It’s there to fuel me, to keep me alive and energized, and most of all, it’s there to satisfy me and make me feel good. After I understood the groundwork of food freedom, I learned how to love myself. A step that I ignored for most of my life. I'm never going back to dieting again. I’m so happy with the way I view food and myself and life now. Food doesn’t control my thoughts anymore."

"I have gained a better understanding of what healthy is and how to honor my body that has gotten me through the good and bad days. Since starting this program, I feel a sense of freedom around food. I’m not constantly comparing what I’m eating to others or asking myself “is it bad if I eat this?” Working with Kate has really changed my perspective and I don’t have a desire to diet again."
